SLASSPA Head Meets Defence Secretary

President, Sri Lanka Security Service Providers Association (SLASSPA) Major Tissa Aluwihare paid a courtesy call on Mr.Karunasena Hettiarachchi, Secretary, Ministry of Defence at his office yesterday.

Matters pertaining to the commercial security industry were discussed at this meeting.

Among the aspects discussed was the need to uplift the image of the industry and ensuring compliance by security companies on statutory wages and benefits for guarding personnel.
