ComBank partners with Toyota Lanka to offer attractive leasing solutions for Toyota vehicles

The Commercial Bank of Ceylon has announced the signing of a strategic partnership with Toyota Lanka (Private) Limited to promote the leasing of Toyota passenger and commercial vehicles, further strengthening its position as a leader in delivering innovative leasing solutions in Sri Lanka.

The signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to this effect marked the launch of the joint promotional campaign designed to make the purchase of Toyota vehicles more accessible and affordable to customers.

Under this collaboration, Commercial Bank will extend a range of benefits to customers obtaining lease facilities for Toyota vehicles.

These include attractive interest rates, a special extended tenure of up to eight years at preferential rates, and a waiver of joining fees along with a two-year annual fee waiver for credit cards issued by the Bank in connection with these leases.

Toyota Lanka will offer free vehicle registration, complimentary first three standard services, and a manufacturer’s warranty covering three years or 100,000 kilometres—whichever occurs first.

This special leasing promotion will be conducted island-wide through Commercial Bank’s extensive branch network and will remain valid until 31st December 2025.

Customers can choose from the full range of Toyota passenger and commercial vehicles, and benefit from tailor-made repayment options designed to align with individual income patterns.

The Bank said this initiative reiterates its commitment to providing customers with attractive, flexible, and affordable leasing packages through collaborations with reputed automotive partners.

The Bank aims to support both existing and new customers in realising their aspirations of owning a new vehicle while enjoying significant cost savings and convenience.

Commercial Bank is the first Sri Lankan bank to be listed among the Top 1000 Banks of the World and has the highest market capitalisation in the Banking Sector in the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE).

The Bank is the largest private sector lender, the largest lender to the SME sector, is a leader in digital innovation and is Sri Lanka’s first 100% carbon-neutral bank.

Commercial Bank operates a strategically located network of branches and automated machines island-wide, and has the widest international footprint among Sri Lankan banks, with 20 outlets in Bangladesh, a fully-fledged Tier I Bank with a majority stake in the Maldives, and a Microfinance company in Myanmar.

The Bank recently opened a representative office within the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), taking a significant step towards broadening its global footprint.

The Bank’s fully-owned subsidiary CBC Finance Ltd., also delivers a range of financial services via its own branch network.
