Commercial Bank celebrates Poson with ‘Pahan Gee’ recital

The Commercial Bank of Ceylon celebrated Poson with a traditional Poson ‘Pahan Gee’ recital by a choir comprising of staff.

The event at the Navarangahala was attended by the top management of the Bank and a large number of staff members and their families.

Veteran musician Mr. Karunaratne Divulgane was a special guest artist at this event and performed a few songs together with the Bank’s staff.

A feature of this year’s Poson celebration was that many of the devotional songs performed by the 30-member choir were produced for the Bank.

This was the 16th such celebration organised by Commercial Bank to commemorate Poson.
