Allianz Lanka Marks International Women’s Day 2026 with “Give to Gain” Leadership Dialogue

In commemoration of International Women’s Day 2026, the Women in Leadership Employee Resource Group of Allianz Insurance Lanka Limited organized an insightful panel discussion themed “Give to Gain.”

The session featured Mr. Prashant Grover, Chief Executive Officer and Country Manager of Allianz Lanka, and Ms. Shehani Seneviratne, Chief Operating Officer of 99X, as distinguished speakers.

The interactive discussion explored key topics such as the role organizations play in enabling women to improve performance, the critical decisions and challenges faced during mid career stages, and the importance of building strong support systems to achieve both personal and professional success.

The session provided valuable perspectives for both male and female participants, fostering a deeper understanding of shared responsibility in creating a more equitable and inclusive workplace.
