Sri Lankan-British AI Startup Happy Chimps Selected for NVIDIA Inception Program

Happy Chimps, the Sri Lankan-British AI technology company valued at LKR 2.5 Billion (£5 Million), has recently been inducted into the NVIDIA Inception Program - a virtual accelerator and ecosystem that supports AI and high-performance computing (HPC) startups.

The selection recognises Happy Chimps' vision of using AI to transform how SMEs operate.

The continued investment in AI development, along with the new partnership with NVIDIA is accelerating the startup's mission to become a global leader in AI-powered operating systems for SMEs.

NVIDIA's global initiative supports promising AI startups through technical resources, cloud infrastructure support, and access to its innovation ecosystem.

As part of the programme, Happy Chimps will receive benefits including up to US$100,000 in cloud infrastructure support over the next 12 to 18 months, enabling the company to accelerate the development of its AI capabilities while significantly reducing AWS infrastructure costs.
