The conference comprising six technical sessions, including two-panel discussions, will introduce new insights on effective people management practices to address the challenges such as the brain drain, improving productivity, and finding solutions to people-based problems companies face based on the current environment.
CIPM NHRC 2023 has attracted some of the world’s most renowned resource personnel and representatives from many regional HR bodies, including NIPM India and Bangladesh Society for Human Resource Management, which is indicative of the interest and enthusiasm of the global and regional HR community in the activities organized by CIPM Sri Lanka.
Chief Guest Rolf Blaser – Managing Director, A Baur & Co (Pvt) Ltd, will deliver the keynote speech.

In addition to the technical sessions, the grand final round of the CIPM Great HR Debate and the presentation of the Lifetime Achievement award to the most outstanding HR professional will be held during the conference.
The National HR Exhibition – the only exhibition dedicated to the HR community, will be held throughout both days of the conference, with leading local and regional HR Service providers showcasing their next-gen HR products and services.
