Introduced this month in partnership with Holographic Label Bhd Malaysia, the programme seeks to protect consumer safety, safeguard brand reputation, and strengthen the country’s economic resilience by deploying advanced authentication technologies, enhancing public awareness, and working in collaboration with enforcement agencies.

These illicit products not only endanger public health and safety but also undermine consumer confidence and inflict significant financial damage on legitimate businesses.”
The initiative features the roll-out of smart labelling solutions, including tamper-evident holographic seals, dynamic QR codes, and serialised holograms that allow consumers to instantly verify the authenticity of products.
This technology-first approach is designed to offer brands a robust line of defence while empowering consumers with easy-to-use verification tools.

In parallel, Diamond International is working closely with regulatory authorities and law enforcement bodies to enhance oversight and disrupt the distribution networks of counterfeit goods.
The company is also spearheading a comprehensive consumer awareness drive in collaboration with Holographic Malaysia.
This includes public education campaigns, training sessions, and targeted outreach programmes aimed at retailers and small businesses to raise awareness of the risks posed by counterfeit products and how to identify them.
