Last week, Dr Ben Koh, CMA Global Founder, and international faculty conducted the annual camp for young adults in Sri Lanka.
Each year, CMA Global hosts this transformative camp in a different country, and this year, CMA Global selected Sri Lanka in honour of the strength of the partnership it has built with Smart Quest over the years.
As part of that, 'Dare to Dream', a free three-day residential camp for young adults aged 19-24, offered an intensive growth experience.
This camp focused on career clarity, confidence tools, workplace readiness, life clarity, resilience practices and people skills across the four pillars: Launch, Confidence, Reset, and Connection facilitated through an international team of 28 CMA community members from 15 countries.
CMA Global offers the Transformative Edge™ Programme for local coaching professionals through Smart Quest.
This 16-week, 70-hour programme offers three pathways: Exploratory (foundational knowledge), Certification (ICF Level 1 accreditation leading to ACC credential), and Academic Upgrade (Graduate Diploma through Asian Institute of Management).
Delivered 100% online, with optional hybrid sessions, participants master the signature Awareness-Clarity-Choice Conversation method, a science-based approach developed through over a decade of research that works with how people think, decide, and create lasting change.
